Inside of your wellness tool box are those tools you may want to use to help keep you feeling well, safe and healthy. Remember to sharpen your tools through hope, personal responsibility, education, self-advocay and support as often as you need to.
A Daily Maintenance plan has two (2) parts and includes a section thats called, "what I'm like when I am well". The first part is called Daily To Dos, it includes a list of thing that you will do every day to keep you well, focused and feeling great about yourself and your life. The second part is called, Good To Dos and that includes those good things you may do weekly or even monthly.
Triggers are external events or circumstances that may make you feel bad or have negative thoughts. Examples might include, having problems at home or at work, the end of a relationship, financial concerns, physical or mental illness or anyother type of negative feeling. The two parts to your Trigger plan are (1) Action plan for dealing with Triggers, and (2) Options things to do once the Triggers come.
